Meet the Team

K. Allen Blackmon, Jr. DMD

Dr. Blackmon was born in Ozark and grew up in Enterprise. After graduating from Enterprise High School, he attended the University of Alabama where he majored in Microbiology and received a Bachelor of Science Degree. He received his dental degree from UAB in 1991. After dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center and UAB hospital. Dr. Blackmon is also a veteran who served in the Alabama Army National Guard. 

Dr. Blackmon started our practice in Troy, in 1992. He and his wife, Gloria, have two sons, Tripp and Hunter, and a puggle named Otis. They are active members of the First Methodist Church in Troy and the Pathfinders Sunday School class. Dr. Blackmon is actively involved in the Alabama Dental Association, the Alabama Academy of General Dentistry and a past President of the Third District Dental Society.  He is also a member of The American Academy of Facial Esthetics.  When not in the office, you will likely find Dr. Blackmon at a local sporting event, in Tuscaloosa at an Alabama ball game, at the beach, or dining at a local restaurant with his wife. 

Zackery E. Eades, DMD

Dr. Eades attended Hewitt-Trussville high school before attending University of South Alabama. He graduated from the UAB School of Dentistry and has now moved to Troy and joined the practice.  Dr. Eades’ goal is to provide the care that allows patients to have the smile they have always wanted and deserve.  Providing confidence to his patients drives his passion for dentistry.  When not in the practice, you will most likely find him someplace outdoors hunting, fishing, camping or hiking.  He also helps his grandmother make blackberry jam each year.

Madi Liljeberg, DMD

Dr. Liljeberg grew up in North Carolina. She attended The University of Mississippi, where she received her Bachelor of Biology, with a minor in Psychology and Chemistry. After undergrad, Dr. Liljeberg graduated from UAB School of Dentistry and moved to Troy to join the practice. Dr. Liljeberg loves helping patients’ self-confidence and quality of life improve through dentistry. When not in the office, you will most likely find her cooking, reading, hiking, and traveling.

Gabryele

Practice Manager

I have been in the field of dentistry for 3 years, but became a part of the Oak Park Dental family in the summer of 2021. The most rewarding part of my job is developing long-lasting relationships with our patients, educating them on the importance of oral health, and helping them maximize their full potential. Outside of the office, you can find me spending time with my family and pups- traveling, hiking, and being on the water!

Insurance Coordinator

I joined the Oak Park Dental team in 2023, but have been in the field for 2.5 years. The most rewarding part of my job is interacting with our patients and being able to assist them with any dental needs and concerns they may have. I also love our team; they make me excited to come to work every day! Outside of work, you will find me spending time with my family playing and watching sports or at the beach.

Dental Hygienist 

I became a licensed Hygienist in 2011 and worked at a dental practice in Auburn for nine years prior to joining the Oak Park Dental team. I joined Dr. Blackmon's team in June 2014. The most rewarding part of my job is meeting new people and educating them about the importance of oral health. In my spare time you can find me enjoying the outdoors or on the beach.

I have been in the field of dentistry for 5 years, but joined the Oak Park Dental team in 2019. Making people feel good about their smile is the most rewarding part of my job. When not in the office, you can find me spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors.

Dental Hygienist/ Assistant

I joined the Oak Park Dental team in 2019. The most rewarding part of my job is creating and maintaining relationships with patients and helping patients improve their oral health. When I am not in the office, you can find me spending time with friends, family, and my horses. I enjoy barrel racing and rodeoing.

Jenn​

Dental Assistant/ Clinical Coordinator

I have been in the dental field for 25 years, but joined the Oak Park Dental team in 2018. Helping patients keep their smile beautiful and healthy is the most rewarding part of my job. When I am not in the office, I love to go back home to South Florida to visit my family. I also enjoy riding around on my golf cart with my dogs.

I joined the Oak Park Dental team in the summer of 2022 as a Dental Assistant. The most rewarding part of my job is being able to make a difference in someone’s confidence. Outside of the office, I try to find joy in the little things in life. I enjoy group calls with my family, going to the gym, and painting!
